A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON ESTABLISHING RULES AND
REGULATIONS FOR THE RV PARK.
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard operates a park for
recreational vehicles on Harold Drive; and
WHEREAS, The RV park is not served by water or sewer
utilities, which limits its use to self contained vehicles;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
1. Use of the RV park is limited to recreational
vehicles with self contained water and sewer
facilities. Camping or sleeping in automobiles is
prohibited.
2. No vehicle, trailer or persons shall camp in the
RV park for more than 5 consecutive days. No
vehicle, trailer or persons shall camp in the RV
park for more than 5 days in any 15 day period.
3. Each RV camping unit shall register prior to 5 PM
of the evening, to be spent in the park. The
registration shall be deposited in a metal box
maintained at the park and shall list the date
registered, name of individual, license number of
vehicle and space number.
4. There will be no loud noise, disturbance of the
peace or generators operating after 10 PM each
night.
5. No animals shall be allowed to be off a leash.
6. There are no alcoholic beverages allowed in the
park.
7. Open fires are prohibited.
8. Violations of park rules may result in immediate
removal from the park.
