1536 - Resolution - Issuance of Special Use PermitRESOLUTION NO. 1536 V A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A SPECIAL USE PERMIT TO PAUL AND DONNA BUETTGENBACH FOR A SPECIFIC USE OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY WHICH IS IN HARMONY WITH THE VARIOUS ELEMENTS OR OBJECTIVES OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND IS NOT DETRIMENTAL TO EXISTING USES PERMITTED IN THAT PARTICULAR ZONE. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: THAT: Whereas the City Planning Commission has held the required public hearings in accordance with the criteria set forth in Chapter 6 (Special Use Permits) of Ordinance No. 1469, Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port Orchard, and; WHEREAS, the City Planning Commission has recommended approval of the application by Paul and Donna Buettgenbach, and has recorded with the City Clerk their decision setting forth their findings and recommendations. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard does adopt Planning Commission Resolution No. 143-89, with Findings, Facts and Conclusions as their own and hereby approves the issuance of a Special Use Permit to allow an open storage yard for a period of five years and set additional condition that all view must be blocked from Highway 160, in accordance with the conditions imposed by Ordinance No. 1469, Chapter 6. LEGAL DESCRIPTION: SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 24 NORTH, RANGE 1 EAST, WHEELERS ADDITION TO SIDNEY, BLOCK 4, LOTS 3 AND 4. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day of May, 1990. i LESLIE J.
