A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR MOBILE
HOME PARK APPLICATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard shall issue permits
for mobile home parks within.the corporate limits and regulate
the conformance of the mobile home parks to City Ordinances.
THEREFORE, Be it resolved that the Port Orchard City
Council does hereby establish the following schedule of fees,
effective March 1, 1986.
1) Mobile Home Park Application Fee, Fifty -Five
Dollars ($55.00) to be paid at the time the Mobile Home Park
Application is submitted to the City. This is a non-refundable
fee.
2) Mobile Home Park Re -application Fee, Fifty -Five
Dollars ($55.00) to be paid if an existing mobile home park
has had its permit revoked and is re -applying for a new permit.
This fee is to be made at the time of application and is non-
refundable.
3) Existing mobile home parks as of March 1, 1986,
with a Kitsap County Permit shall be issued a City of Port
Orchard permit at no charge.
4) Increasing, the number of allowed.mobile home
spaces in an established mobile home park shall require a
new application as described in paragraph and a $55.00 appli-
cation fee.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
this loth day of February, 1986.
