RESOLUTION NO. 1366
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING SEGREGATION OF PROPERTIES IN
ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 35.44.410 REVISED
CODE OF WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, Section 35.44.410 Revised Code of
Washington allows Cities and Towns to order segregation of
assessments; and
WHEREAS, a request has been received for a segregation
of U.L.I.D.#1 Account Number 80310011010002 - 80310055080002, Parcel
Number 4562 - 4601, described as follows:
PLAT OF HOLLY TERRACE
assessed on January 18, 1984, in the amount of $31,650.00 plus interest
at the rate of 10.6%; and
WHEREAS, the segregation shall be made as nearly as
possible on the same basis as the original assessment was Teyied and
the total of the segragated assessment shall equal the assessment before
segregation; and
WHEREAS, as fee shall be charged in the amount of
Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each tract of land for which a segregation is
to be made and in addition a charge for reasonable engineering and
clerical costs incident to making the segregation, and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such segrega-
tion does not jeopardize the lien for such assessment.
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard
do hereby order the City Treasurer to complete the above request for
segregation:
