A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AUTHORIZING SEGREGATION OF
PROPERTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION
35.44.410 REVISED CODE OF WASHINGTON
WHEREAS, Section 35.44.410 Revised Code of
Washington allowing Cities and Towns to order segregation
of assessments; and
WHEREAS, a request has been received for a
segregation of U.L.I.D. #1 Account Number 4058-009-013-0108,
Parcel Number 1655C, described as follows:

on January 18, 1984, in amount of $791.25 plus interest
at the rate of 10.6%; and
WHEREAS, the segregation shall be made as nearly
as possible on the same basis as the original assessment
was levied and the total of the segregated assessment shall
equal the assessment before segregation; and
WHEREAS, a fee shall be charged in the amount
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) for each tract of land for which
a segregation is to be made and inaddition a charge for
reasonable engineering and clerical costs incident to
making the segregation, and
WHEREAS, the Council has determined that such
segregation does not jeopardize the lien for such assessment.
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard do hereby order the City Treasurer to complete the
Resolution No. 1371
