AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1606 RELATING TO INTERFERING WITH THE
REPORTING OF DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1: THAT Ordinance No. 1606 Section 2, Chapter 9.18.090 be
added to read as follows:
ADD: 9.18.090 Interfering with the reporting of
domestic violence. The following section of
the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), and any
amendments thereto, are adopted by reference
as a portion of the criminal code of the city
as if fully set forth in this chapter: RCW
9A.36.150.
PASSED by the City Council and SIGNED by the Mayor and Attested by
the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this loth day of February,
1997.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1606 RELATING TO INTERFERING WITH THE REPORTING OF
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE.
Copies of Ordinance No. 1675 are available for review at the office
of the City Clerk of the City of Port Orchard. Upon written request
a statement of the full text of the Ordinance will be mailed to any
interested person without charge. Thirty days after publication,
copies of Ordinance No. 1675 will be provided at a nominal charge.
