THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: j/' SECTION 1: THAT Ordinance No. 1606 Section 2, Chapter 9.18.090 be added to read as follows: ADD: 9.18.090 Interfering with the reporting of domestic violence. The following section of the Revised Code of Washington (RCW), and any amendments thereto, are adopted by reference as a portion of the criminal code of the city as if fully set forth in this chapter: RCW 9A.36.150.
