WASHINGTON REPEALING ORDINANCE NOS. 737, 750,
762, 906, 950, 1068, (1961 Building Codes);
ORDINANCE NO. 788 (1967 Building Codes);
ORDINANCE NOS. 876, 893, 916 (1970 Building
Codes); ORDINANCE NO. 927 (1973 Building Codes);
ORDINANCE NOS. 997, 1046, 1076 (1976 Building
Codes); ORDINANCE NO. 1114 (1979 Building Codes);
ORDINANCE NO. 1216 (1982 Building Codes), PORT
ORCHARD MUNICIPAL CODE 15.04.
WHEREAS, it has been found that as some specific ordinances
were updated in the past, the prior ordinance(s) may not have been repealed in
an appropriate manner, in whole or in part, and
WHEREAS, it is the city's desire to correct the confusion and
potential conflicts or errors that may have or has created within the Port
Orchard Municipal Code, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. REPEALER. The following are hereby repealed:
