AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1615, SECTION 9.1 RELATING TO PARKING
OF MOBILE HOMES AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES, P.O.M.C. SECTION
17.36.010 RESTRICTIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 1615, Section 9.1, Port Orchard Municipal
Code 17.36.010 is hereby amended to read as follows:
9.1 No person shall park or locate and use any mobile
home or recreational vehicle for human occupancy on any
lot, tract or parcel of land in the City of Port Orchard
for a period longer than seventy-two (72) hours except:
(1) in an approved mobile home park, (2) as provided in
the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Port Orchard or (3)
with City Council approval of a Temporary Use Permit.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 24th day of
June, 1996.

of the City of Port Orchard. Upon written request a statement of the full text of the
Ordinance will be mailed to any interested person without charge. Thirty days after
publication, copies of Ordinance No. 1655 will be provided at a nominal charge.
