1664 - Ordinance - Allowance for MileageORDINANCE NO. 1664 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO 1535, 1135 AND 1015, AND ADOPTING AN ALLOWANCE FOR MILEAGE FOR THE EMPLOYEES AND AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 1535, Ordinance no. 1135, and Ordinance No. 1015 are hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Effective, November 1, 1996 the mileage allowance for employees who use their personal vehicle for approved city business purposes will receive a mileage allowance equal to the Internal Revenue Service optional mileage allowance.
