AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1996, ORDERING
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY
TRANSFER.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following appropriations of revenue received in
excess of anticipated amounts, from other financing sources, interfund loans and
unencumbered portions of fund balances are hereby ordered:
(a)
An amount of
$ 150,000.00 to Current Expense Fund
for General
Government
Department Services,
Police Department and Fire
Department.
(b)
An amount of
$ 100,000.00 to the Street Fund.
(c)
An amount of
$5,000.00 to
the Community Events
Fund.
(d) An amount of $150,000.00 to the Cumulative
Reserve for Municipal Facilities Fund.
(e) An amount of $21,600.00 to the Cumulative Reserve
for Equipment Replacement Fund.
(f) An amount of $100,000.00 to the Water -Sewer
Operating Fund.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard and signed by
the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of s passage this 23rd
day of December 1996.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR
1996, ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS AND
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER.
Copies of Ordinance No. 1672 are available for review at the office of the City Clerk of the
City of Port Orchard. Upon written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance will
be mailed to any interested person without charge. Thirty days after publication, copies of
Ordinance No. 1672 will be provided at a nominal charge.
