AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD FIXING THE
AMOUNT OF AD VALOREM TAXES TO BE RAISED FOR THE
YEAR 1996
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the following amounts are to be fixed for ad valorem taxes for the year
1996 and it is the desire that the maximum amount allowed be collected:
SECTION 1. There is hereby fixed an amount of $879,776.00 to be raised by
ad valorem taxes for Current Expense and Street purposes for the year 1996.
SECTION 2. There is hereby fixed an amount of $138,636.00 to be raised by
ad valorem taxes for Emergency Medical Services.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 13th day of November,

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
FIXING THE AMOUNT OF AD VALOREM TAXES TO BE RAISED FOR THE
YEAR 1996.
Copies of Ordinance No. 1641 are available for review at the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Port Orchard. Upon written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance will be mailed
to any interested person without charge. Thirty days after publication, copies of Ordinance No.
1641 will be provided at a nominal charge.
