The following is a summary of an Ordinance approved by the Port Orchard City Council at their
regular Council meeting held June 14, 1993.
ORDINANCE NO. 1584
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DEDICATING "LLOYD PARKWAY" AS A PUBLIC
RIGHT OF WAY.
Copies of Ordinance No. 1584 are available for review at the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Port Orchard. Upon written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance will be mailed
to any interested person without charge. Thirty days after publication, copies of Ordinance No.
1584 will be provided at a nominal charge.

ORDINANCE NO. 1584
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON
DEDICATING "LLOYD PARKWAY" AS A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY
WHEREAS, the City has agreed to allow a portion of its property to
be developed and used as a roadway;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
The property as described as follows is hereby dedicated as public
right-of-way. The land shall be used as a city street and shall be named
Lloyd Parkway.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Those portions of the Southeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter AND the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of Section 34, Township 24 North,
Range 1 East, W.M., in Kitsap County, Washington,
being described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 34; thence North 0052'24"
East, along the East line of said Southwest quarter, a
distance of 1324.30 feet to the Northeast corner of
the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 34; thence North 88017'03" West, along the
North line of said Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter, a distance of 759.58 feet to the TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING; thence continuing North 88117'03" West a
distance of 550.04 feet to the Northwest corner of the
Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 34; thence continuing North 88017'03" West a
distance of 50.00 feet; thence South 0059'51" West,
parallel with the West line of said Southeast quarter
of the Southwest quarter, a distance of 50.00 feet;
thence South 88017'03" East a distance of 399.05 feet
to the beginning of a 80.00 foot radius curve to the
right; thence southeasterly (clockwise) along said
curve, through a central angle of 63057'01", an arc
distance of 89.31 feet; thence South 24019'13" East a
distance of 324.12 feet to the northwesterly right-of-
way margin of Old Clifton Road (formerly Alder Road)
and a point on a 746.20 foot curve concave to the
Southeast, the radius point of which bears South
43056'02" East; thence northeasterly (clockwise) along
said curve and along said right-of-way margin, through
a central angle of 4001'43", an arc distance of 52.47

feet to the beginning of a 40.00 foot radius curve to
the right; thence northeasterly (clockwise) along said
curve, through a central angle of 116002'10", an arc
distance of 81.01 feet to the South line of the North
50 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 34; thence South 88017'03"
East, along said South line, a distance of 31.34 feet;
thence North 0059'51" East a distance of 50.00 feet to
the true point of beginning.
