ORDINANCE NO. 1591 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, PROVIDING FOR HIGHWAY ACCESS MANAGEMENT, ACCESS PERMITS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS PURSUANT TO RCW 47.50. Copies of Ordinance No. 1591 are available for review at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Port Orchard. Upon written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance will be mailed to any interested person without charge. Thirty days after publication, copies of Ordinance No. 1591 will be provided at a nominal charge. City of Port Orchard Michelle Hager Deputy Clerk Publish: Port Orchard Independent October 6, 1993 ORDINANCE NO. 1591 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD PROVIDING FOR HIGHWAY ACCESS MANAGEMENT, ACCESS PERMITS AND ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS PURSUANT TO RCW 47.50 WHEREAS, the City Council finds it necessary to provide regulation and control of vehicular access and connection points of ingress to, and egress from, the state highway system within the incorporated areas of the City of Port Orchard. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby ordain as follows: SECTION 1. THAT RCW Chapter 47.50 is hereby adopted by reference to provide for the regulation and control of vehicular access and connection points of ingress to, and egress from, the state highway system within the incorporated are of the City of Port Orchard. SECTION 2. Pursuant to the requirements and authority of RCW 47.50, there is hereby adopted by reference the provisions of Chapter 468-51 and Chapter 468-52 of the Washington Administrative Code, together with all future amendments, in order to implement the requirements of Chapter 47.50 RCW.
