AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, RESCINDING ORDINANCE NO. 1493,
SECTION 16 READINESS TO SERVE.
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard has the authority to
charge a monthly sewer rate to those properties within 200 feet
of the sewer main, but are not connected to it, and
WHEREAS, upon review of this readiness to serve change,
it was determined that the City does not need this authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, Washington does hereby ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. THAT Section 16 of Ordinance No. 1493 is
hereby rescinded.
