ORDINANCE
The following is a summary of an Ordinance approved by the Port
Orchard City Council at their regular Council meeting held
November 9, 1992.
ORDINANCE NO. 1562
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON FIXING THE AMOUNT OF AD VALOREM TAXES
TO BE RAISED FOR THE YEAR 1993.
Copies of Ordinance No. 1562 are available for review at the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Port Orchard. Upon
written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance
will be mailed to any interested person without charge. Thirty
days after publication, copies of Ordinance No. 1562 will be
provided at a nominal charge.

ORDINANCE NO. 1562
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD FIXING THE /
AMOUNT OF AD VALOREM TAXES TO BE RAISED FOR THE YEAR
1993
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby fixed an amount of $653,016.00 to be raised
by ad valorem taxes for Current Expense and Street purposes for the year 1993.
SECTION 2. There is hereby fixed an amount of $64,000.00 to be raised
by ad valorem taxes for General Obligation Bond Levy, water improvements.
SECTION 3. There is hereby fixed an amount of $115,077.00 to be raised
by ad valorem taxes for Emergency Medical Services.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port orchard, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 9th day
of November, 1992.
