1507 - Ordinance - Establishing the Offense of Disorderly ConductORDINANCE NO. 1507 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 1313 AND ALSO ESTABLISHING THE OFFENSE OF DISORDERLY CONDUCT OR KEEPING OF A DISORDERLY HOUSE AND PROVIDING PENALTIES THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Ordinance No repealed. 1313 (POMC 9.60) is hereby Section 2. Keeping Disorderly House or Place of Business Unlawful. It is unlawful for any person who keeps any home or maintains any place of business to suffer or permit any loud or unusual noise, boisterous or disorderly conduct to disturb the peace and quiet of any neighborhood, family or good order of any public or private place; or to suffer or permit quarreling, fighting or behavior which threatens harm or challenges a fight. Section 3. Disorderly Conduct Unlawful. During the hours of 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM it is unlawful to operate a generator in a public park or to permit any unusual noise, loud music or boisterous or disorderly conduct to disturb the peace and quiet of any neighborhood, without specific City Council approval. Section 4. Penalty. A violation of this ordinance shall be a misdemeanor. Any person convicted of this offense shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
