UNNAMED ALLEYWAY BETWEEN MITCHELL AND 1- BETHEL AVENUES (700 BLOCK) AS SUBMITTED BY G. BUD BUCKLEY ON BEHALF OF DR. BROWNING, ET AL . WHEREAS a Public Hearing on the petition for a vacation of a portion of an unnamed alleyway between Mitchell and Bethel Avenues (700 Block) as further described as follows, was held Monday, July 23, 1990 at 8:00 PM in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington, and. WHEREAS, the City Council did approve the Petition to Vacate a portion of an unnamed alleyway between Mitchell and Bethel Avenues as presented by G. Bud Buckley on behalf of Dr. Browning, et al., and WHEREAS, the Petitioner has submitted compensation as set by the City. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: THAT a portion of an unnamed alleyway between Mitchell and Bethel Avenues is vacated as requested in Petition to Vacate as submitted by G. Bud Buckley on behalf of Dr. Browning, et al., described as follows: LEGAL DESCRIPTION - Situated in Section 25, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, Kitsap County. That portion of an unnamed alley which abuts Lots 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18 of Block 1 of Tom Cline's Addition to Sidney as recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Page 29, in Kitsap County, Washington; together with that portion of the said alley which extends 30 feet southerly to the centerline of vacated Taylor (Central) Street. 9►02i0I 15 Ordinance No. 1519 Page Two PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 24th day of June, 1991.
