WHEREAS a Public Hearing on the petition for a vacation of an area which is a portion of Rockwell Avenue, further described as follows, was held Tuesday, November 12, 1991 at 8:30 PM in the City Council Chamber, City Hall, 216 Prospect Street, Port Orchard, Washington, and WHEREAS, the City Council did approve the Petition to Vacate a portion of Rockwell Avenue as presented by Albert and Helen Kleffner, and WHEREAS, the Petitioner has submitted compensation as set by the City. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: 40 THAT a portion of Rockwell Avenue is vacated as requested in Petition to Vacate as submitted by Albert and Helen K l of f ner , described as follows: LEGAL DESCRIPTION - EXHIBIT "A" PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such passage this 25th day of November, 1991.
