AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD FIXING
THE AMOUNT OF AD VALOREM TAXES TO BE RAISED FOR
THE YEAR 1991
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby fixed an amount of
$478,645.00 to be raised by ad valorem taxes for Current Expense and
Street purposes for the year 1991.
SECTION 2. There is hereby fixed an amount of
$65,000.00 to be raised by ad valorem taxes for General Obligation
Bond Levy, water improvements.
SECTION 3. There is hereby fixed an amount of
$38,497.00 to be raised by ad valorem taxes for Emergency Medical
Services. NOTE: In the event, the levy issue submitted to the
qualified electors of the City of Port Orchard at the General
Election to be held on November 6, 1990 is approved, the amount to
be raised by Ad Valorem Taxes for Emergency Medical Services would
change to $230,982.00.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of
such passage this 22nd day of October, 1990.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON FIXING THE AMOUNT OF AD VALOREM TAXES
TO BE RAISED FOR THE YEAR 1991.
Copies of Ordinance No. 1494 are available for review at the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Port Orchard. Upon
written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance
will be mailed to any interested person without charge. Thirty
days after publication, copies of Ordinance No. 1494 will be
provided at a nominal charge.
