1501 - Ordinance - Church of Nazarene Annexation'ILEL 91 JAl! 10 No 12* 47 V ITSA11 I ',L'1b11CR ORDINANCE NO. 1501 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, WASHINGTON, RELATING TO AND PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD. WHEREAS, the Church of the Nazarene, et al, owners of the real property hereinafter described, according to the assessed valuation per general taxation, have petitioned the Council of the City of Port Orchard that said territory be annexed to and become a part of the City of Port Orchard; and, WHEREAS, the Board of Review, as required by law, has been convened and has made the determination that it is in favor of the annexation of the area hereinafter described; and, WHEREAS, the City Council did fix Wednesday, December 26, 1990 at the hour of 8:15 P.M., for the Public Hearing on said petition and the Clerk of the City of Port Orchard did give notice of said hearing in the manner provided by law; and, WHEREAS, the City Council at their regularly scheduled meeting on the 26th day of December, 1990 did hold a hearing on said petition and unanimously approved the same; NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD, DOES ORDAIN, as follows: SECTION 1.
