AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
CREATING A FUND TO BE KNOWN AS THE "CUMULATIVE
RESERVE FOR EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND" FOR
PURCHASING AND/OR REPLACING CURRENT EXPENSE AND
STREET EQUIPMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a Fund to be known as
the "Cumulative Reserve for Equipment Replacement Fund" into which monies
shall be placed from time to time as designated by the City Council.
SECTION 2. The Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard is
hereby directed to transfer monies as set forth in the 1990 Budget adopted
on December 4, 1989,
SECTION 3. Disbursement from the "Cumulative Reserve for
Equipment Replacement Fund" shall be made upon proper authorization by the
Mayor and City Council.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication of such
passage this 11th day of December, 1989.

CURRENT EXPENSE AND STREET
EQUIPEMENT.
Copies of Ordinance No. 1481 are available for review at the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Port Orchard. Upon
written request a statement of the full text of the Ordinance
will be mailed to any interested person without charge. Thirty
days after publication, copies of Ordinance No. 1481 will be
provided at a nominal charge.
