1481 - Ordinance - Cumulative Reserve for Equipment Replacement FundORDINANCE NO. 1481 V AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD CREATING A FUND TO BE KNOWN AS THE "CUMULATIVE RESERVE FOR EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND" FOR PURCHASING AND/OR REPLACING CURRENT EXPENSE AND STREET EQUIPMENT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. There is hereby created a Fund to be known as the "Cumulative Reserve for Equipment Replacement Fund" into which monies shall be placed from time to time as designated by the City Council. SECTION 2. The Treasurer of the City of Port Orchard is hereby directed to transfer monies as set forth in the 1990 Budget adopted on December 4, 1989, SECTION 3. Disbursement from the "Cumulative Reserve for Equipment Replacement Fund" shall be made upon proper authorization by the Mayor and City Council.
