AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON VACATING A
PORTION OF AN ALLEY WAY IN THE 400
BLOCK BETWEEN DWIGHT AND DEKALB
STREETS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
THAT: a portion of an alley way in the 400 block
between Dwight and DeKalb Streets further described herein is
hereby vacated as requested in petition submitted by Jesse W.
(Bill) Sutton.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 26,
Township 24, Range 1 east, W.M., in
Kitsap County. That alley parallel
to DeKalb and Dwight Streets which
originates on the east margin of
Harrison and extends 85 feet
eastward.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, APPROVED by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 9th day of May, 1988.
