AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING CITY OF PORT ORCHARD COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN ORDINANCE NO. 895; BY AMENDING THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP CERTAIN PROPERTIES
THEREIN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Jerry Connell, owner of record, have initiated
a comprehensive plan ordinance amendment requesting redesignation
of property described in said petition, and all legal require-
ments have been performed; and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard Planning Commission
has transmitted to the Council of the City of Port Orchard their
findings and recommendations (Attachment A - Planning Commission
Resolution No. 008-81) that the Comprehensive Plan Map be amended
for the reasons stated therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the City Council
of the City of Port Orchard does hereby adopt the findings and
recommendations of the Port Orchard Planning Commission as it's
own and does hereby redesignate certain property on the Compre-
hensive Plan Map from Residential Low to Commercial General.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lots 1-15, Block 5, Tom Clines
Addition to Sidney, Section 25, Township 24 North,
RIE, W.M.; as recorded in Volume 1 of Plats, Page
29 of Kitsap County, Washington.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 24th day of March, 1986.
