AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER FROM LOCAL
IMPROVEMENT GUARANTY FUND TO THE CURRENT
EXPENSE FUND
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That whereas RCW 35.54.095 allows for
transfer from the Local Improvement Guaranty Fund to the
Current Expense Fund.
THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
to transfer the following:
The amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) from
the Local Improvement Guaranty Fund to the Current Expense
Fund to provide for the painting of portions of the Bay
Street Marquee.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard
and signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authenti-
cation of such passage this 14th day of April, 1986.
