A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING CITY OF PORT ORCHARD CO.MPREHENSIVE
PLAN ORDINANCE NO. 895; BY ,AMENDING THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP CERTAIN PROPERTIES
THEREIN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, Marshall D. and Grenda L. Beach, owners
of record, have initiated a Comprehensive Plan Ordinance
amendment requesting redesignation of property described in
said petition, and all legal requirements have been performed;
and
WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard Planning Commission
has transmitted to the Council of the City of Port Orchard thei
findings and recommendations (Attachment "A") that the Compre-
hensive Plan Map be amended for the reasons stated therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, that the City Council
of the City of Port Orchard does hereby adopt the findings and
recommendations of the Port Orchard Planning Commission as it's
own and does hereby redesignate certain property on the Compre-
hensive Plan Map from Residential Low to Commercial General.
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: The West 12 rods of the
North 10 acres of the East half of the North-
west quarter of Section 11, Township 23 North,
Range 1 East, W.M.; EXCEPT roads, and EXCEPT
that portion thereof, if any, lying within
the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter
of the Northwest quarter of said Section 11;
Kitsap County.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port Orchard,
signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in authentication
of such passage this 28th day of April, 1986.
