AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AUTHORIZING A BUDGETARY TRANSFER FROM ARTERIAL
STREET FUND TO THE STREET FUND.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT,ORCHARD
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That whereas Washington State
Department of Transportation has authorized a transfer
from the Arterial Street Fund to the Street Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to transfer the following:
The amount of Thirteen Thousand Two Hundred
Forty -Four Dollars and 24 cents ($13,244.24) from the
Arterial Street Fund to the Street Fund to provide for
City's share of cost of Sidney -Tremont Signal 112 cent
Gas Tax Project.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard and signed by the Mayor and attested by the
Clerk in authentication of such passage this 27th day of
May, 1986.
