AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD ESTABLISHING OFFENSES AND
REGULATIONS RELATING TO THE OPERATION
OF BOATS AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE
RCW 88.02.010, 88.02.080, 88.02.090,
88.02.095, AND 88.02.110
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Adoption by reference: The City of
Port Orchard hereby adopts by reference RCW 88.02.010,
88.02.080, 88.02.090, 88.02.095 and 88.02.110 relating to the
regulation and safe operation of vessels as Port Orchard's
boating ordinances, as is fully set forth herein.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard and signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 11th day of August, 1980.
