AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 13-0
SECTION 1: ORDINANCE NO. 1152 SECTION
14, REGULATING PARKING TIME LIMITS ON
CERTAIN CITY STREETS (Port Orchard
Municipal Code 10.12.040)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 1.3.03, Section 1
and Ordinance No. 1152, Section 14 (Port Orchard Municipal
Code 10.12.040) are amended to read as follows:
10.12.040 Parking time limited on certain streets.
When signs are erected in each block giving notice thereof,
no person shall park a vehicle for longer than two hours at
any time between the hours of nine a.m. and six p.m. of any
day except Saturday, Sunday and federal holidays within the
City except as otherwise designated by ordinance.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard and signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 8th day of September,
