PARKING DURING CERTAIN HOURS ON
CERTAIN STREETS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

HOURS ON CERTAIN STREETS. When signs are erected in each
block giving notice thereof, no person shall park a
vehicle between the hours specified herein of any day
except Sunday and federal holidays within the district or
upon any of the streets or parts of streets described
below:
(a) Bay Street from Bank Street to Maple
Street, from three a.m. to five a.m.;
(b) Sidney Street from Prospect Street north
to parking lot, from three a.m. to five a.m.;
(c) Frederick Street from Prospect Street
north to parking lot from three a.m. to five a.m.;
(d) West side of Sidney Avenue from DeKalb
Street to Dwight Street from seven a.m. to eight a.m.;
(e) DeKalb Street from the intersection of
DeKalb Street and Tracy Avenue east to the end of DeKalb
Street from seven a.m. to eight a.m.;
(f) East side of Prospect Street from Kitsap
Street to Prospect Street corner from seven a.m. to eight
a.m.;
(g) Frederick Street from Bay Street north
to the waterfront parking area on Saturdays from five
a.m. to one p.m. from April 1 through October 31.
Section 2. Severability Clause. If any
provision of this ordinance or its application to any
person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of
the ordinance, or the application of the provision to
other persons or circumstances is not affected.
