1360 - Ordinance - Amending Ordinance No. 1152 Prohibiting ParkingORDINANCE NO. 1360 ✓ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1152, SECTION 11 (PORT ORCHARD MUNICIPAL CODE 10.12.010) PROHIBITING PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON CERTAIN STREETS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. THAT Ordinance No. 1152 Section 11, 21Rf_SL6 J (Port Orchard Municipal Code 10.12.010) is hereby amended to hq (3q( read as follows: 81g7 10.12.010 Parking prohibited at all times. When the signs are erected giving notice thereof, no person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts of streets described as follows: (a) Mitchell Street from Bay Street to one hundred -eight feet south of Division Street; (b) Rockwell Street from Bay Street to Morton Street; (c) Rockwell Street from Morton Street to Kitsap Street on the west side; (d) East side of Cline Street and Bay Street from the northerly side of Kitsap Street where it intersects Cline Street to the southerly side of Bank Street; (e) SR 160 (Bay Street) from Harrison Avenue to Maple Avenue on both sides; (f) Bay Street from traffic signal' on SR 160 (Bay/Maple Street) to two hundred fifty feet north of Guy Wetzel Street, both sides; (g) North side of Sweany Street, from Cline Street intersection westerly three hundred and forty feet; (h) Bay Street at the intersection with Wharf Street, (Mitchell Point) along the outside radius of the existing road as delineated by the established guardrail.
