AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON AMENDING THE
BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1986 AND ORDERING
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following appropriation of
fund balance to operating transfers out is hereby ordered:
An amount rf $51,500 from the Local Improvement
Guaranty Fund to the Current Expense Fund.
SECTION 2. That the following appropriation of
operating transfers in is hereby ordered:
An amount of $51,500 to Current Expense Fund
(001-594.18.61) to allow purchase of property at 552 Bay
Street.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 24th day of November,
1986.
