AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD, WASHINGTON AMENDING THE
BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1986 AND ORDERING
APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
WASHINGTON, DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the following appropriations of
revenue received in excess of anticipated amounts, and
unencumbered portions of fund balances are hereby ordered:
(a) An amount of $30,000.00 to the By -Pass Fund.
(b) An amount of $1,000.00 to the Community
Events Fund.
(c) An amount of $125.00 to the Water -Sewer
Equipment Replacement Fund.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Port
Orchard, signed by the Mayor and attested by the Clerk in
authentication of such passage this 22nd day of December,
