AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE OFFENSE OF
KEEPING A DISORDERLY HOUSE AND PROVIDING
PENALTIES
THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. It is unlawful for any person who keeps
any home or maintains any place of business to suffer or per-
mit any loud or unusual noise, boisterous or disorderly conduct
to disturb the peace and quiet of any neighborhood, family, or
good order of any public or private place; or to suffer or per-
mit quarreling, fighting or behavoir which threatens harm or
challenges a fight.
Section 2. A violation of this ordinance shall be a
misdemeanor. Any person convicted of this offense shall be
punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars or by
imprisonment, not to exceed six months or by both ,such fine and
imprisonment.
