AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
CREATING A FUND TO BE KNOWN AS THE "WATER
-SEWER EQUIPMENT REPLACEMENT FUND" FOR
PURCHASING AND/OR REPLACING WATER -SEWER
EQUIPMENT.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created a Fund to be
known as the "Water -Sewer Equipment Replacement Fund" into
which monies shall be placed from time to time as designated
by the City Council.
SECTION 2. The Treasurer of the City of Port
Orchard is hereby directed to transfer $15,000 from the Water -
Sewer Operating Fund as set forth in the 1985 Budget adopted on
December 3, 1984.
SECTION 3. Disbursements from the "Water -Sewer
Equipment Replacement Fund" by the City Treasurer shall be
made upon proper authorization by the Mayor and City Council.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor of the City of Port Orchard this 25th day of November,
1985.
