AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD WASHINGTON ADOPTING THE
BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1985 AND LEVYING
A TAX SUFFICIENT TO RAISE $224,384
FOR CURRENT EXPENSE PURPOSES AND
$73,905 FOR STREET PURPOSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD,
W.ASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the proposed budget of the
City of Port Orchard for the year 1985, as prepared,
be and the same is hereby adopted in its entirety.
Section 2. That there be, and hereby is
levied against all of the real estate and personal
property within the core -.,rate limits of the City of
Port Orchard, not exempt from taxation, a tax sufficient
to raise a total of $298,289.
Section 3. That there be levied a tax sufficient
to raise $224;'784 for Current Expense purposes and $73,905
for Street purposes.
Section 4. That the total budget of the C'?.v
of Port Orchard for the year 1985 shall be as recapitulated
below:
