AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1045 AND ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 899; BY AMENDING THE ZONING
MAP THEREOF, RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY
THEREON
WHEREAS, Wallace and Elaine Smith, owners of
record, have requested a zoning ordinance modification
reclassifying a portion of property described as follows,
and all legal requirements have been preformed; and
WHEREAS, The City of Port Orchard Planning Commission
have transmitted to the Council of the City of Port Orchard,
Kitsap County, Washington, a copy of Planning Commission
Resolution No. 027-83 (attached Exhibit A) setting forth facts
of findings and conclusions recommending the Zoning Map be
modified for the reasons stated therein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Council of
the City of Port Orchard does hereby adopt the findings and
recommendations set forth in Planning Commission Resolution
No. 027-83 as it's own and does hereby modify the zone
classification of,front parcel of described property (tax no.
40470030070004) to Residential High allowing one single family
dwelling and retaining zoning classification of rear parcel
(tax no. 40470030070301) as Multiple -Family 20 with plot plan
showing four-plex as attached. (Exhibit B)
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 7, Block 3, Radey's
Addition to Port Orchard as records in Volume
4, Page 68, with the Kitsap County Auditor's
Office.
PASSED by the Council and APPROVED by the Mayor
