AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1053 AND THE USE
AND AREA MAPS OF ORDINANCE NO. 899;
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY THEREIN
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Those sections of Ordinance No. 1053
pertaining to the following described property,(Ryan Built,
Inc., owners of record) are hereby amended to be reclassified
as follows:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Lot 11, Block 12
including vacated 20 feet of Harrison
St. abutting on east side; also west
10 feet of the east 65 feet of Lot 7,
Block 12, all in the "First Addition
to Sidney" per plat recorded in Vol 1
of Plats, page 10, records of Kitsap
County, Washington, situate in Sec 26,
Twp. 24 North, Range 1 E, W.M. Kitsap
County, Washington.
be and the same is hereby reclassified to Multiple -Family 20
(MF-20) subject to the following conditions:
1. All lots and/or portions of lots that have been
included in the legal description of property submitted for
rezone, shall be considered to be an undivided parcel. Any
division of said parcel shall be grounds for revocation of the
zone reclassification.
2. That guardrails be placed on top of retaining
walls for safety.
