1224 - Ordinance - Amending the 1982 BudgetORDINANCE NO. 1224 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD WASHINGTON AMENDING THE BUDGET FOR THE YEAR 1982 AND ORDERING APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DO ORDAIN: Section 1. That the following appropiations of revenue received in excess of anticipated amounts, from refunds and from unencumbered portions of fund balances are hereby ordered: (a) An amount of $75,000.00 to Current Expense Fund for General Government Departmental Services, Police Dept., Fire Dept. and Park Dept. (b) An amount of $150,000.00 to Water -Sewer Operating Fund. (c) An amount of $52,084.97 to Joint Sewer Treatment Facilities Fund. Section 2. That the following reappropriation of unreserved fund balance to operating transfers is hereby ordered: (a) An amount of $200,000.00 in the Water -Sewer Cumulative Reserve Fund. Section 3. That the following reappropriations of revenue to redeem outstanding coupons, at the end of 1981, are hereby ordered: (a) An amount of $5,262.50 to G. O. Bond 1975 Fund. (b) An amount of $4,412.50 to G. 0. Bond 1976 Refunding Fund. PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Orchard and APPROVED by the Mayor this 27th day of December, 1982. haul D.
