AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD CREATING A FUND TO BE KNOWN
AS "EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES SIX
YEAR SPECIAL LEVY-1980" FOR HANDLING
OF RECEIPTS AND DISBURSEMENTS OF TAX
MONIES AS RECEIVED FROM THE COUNTY
TREASURER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby created an Emergency
Medical Services Six Year Special Levy Fund-1980.
Section 2. The purpose of said fund is to
accumulate tax monies for emergency services as authorized
by the Council and approved by the voters at the election
held in 1980.
PASSED by the Council of the City of Port Orchard
and APPROVED by the Mayor this 9th day of January, 1981.
