AN ORDINANCE (17 THE CITY OF PORT
ORCHARD AMENDING THE USE AND AREA
MAPS OF ORDINANCE NO. 899; RECLASSIFYING
CERTAIN PROPERTY THEREIN.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the use and area maps of Ordinance
No. 899, be and hereby are amended (as petitioned by Leonard
Hanson/Schilling Enterprises, Inc.) to conform with Chapter
10 as follows:

be and the same is hereby reclassified from Residential -Low
(RL) to Residential -High (RH) subject to the following
conditions:
1. Recommendations of the Planning Commission as attached.
2. Minimum street width be 20 feet.
3. Curbs, sidewalk and gutter be installed on the south
side of Kendall to align with existing curbs, sidewalk
and gutters.
4. Drainage to be installed in accordance with Ordinance
No. 1098 (Surface Water Runoff)
5. Bulkheads and whatever is necessary to protect the
immediate residents be installed.
6. An eight inch (8") water main extension be installed.
7. Proper set backs are provided for.
PASSED by the City Council and APPROVED by the
Mayor this 24th day of August, 1981.
