1147 - Ordinance - Amending Ordinance 899 Amending Zoning MapORDINANCE NO. 1147 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PORT ORCHARD AMENDING CITY OF PORT ORCHARD ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 899; BY AMENDING THE ZONING MAP THEREOF, RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY THEREON WHEREAS, Robert Stewart owner of record has initated a zoning ordinance amendment, requesting reclassification of property described in said petition, and all legal requirements have been preformed; and WHEREAS, the City of Port Orchard Planning Commission has transmitted to the Council of the City of Port Orchard, Kitsap County, Washington, a copy of the City of Port Orchard Planning Commission's findings and action recommending that the Zoning Map be amended and for the reasons stated therein; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED that the Council of the City of Port Orchard does hereby adopt the findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission as it's own and reclassify certain property to Multiple -Family 20 with conditions as follows: 1. Owner will install a sewage lift station to serve all four units. Owner will also construct a force main from the lift station to a City manhole. Owner will secure neccessary easements to allow for his construction and maintenance of the system. 2. Owner will install a 8" main in Sherman Avenue and connect it to the main in Melcher Street. The main will extend from Melcher Street to the subject property. 3. Land will revert to the zoning classification it had prior to the rezone if the construction is not started with 18 months.
