Discussion: Puget Sound Industrial Center (PSIC) Sewer Service Feasibility Mayor Putaansuu said that he was asked by Port Commissioners when the City will bring sewer to the industrial park. Per a 2003 agreement, we were the only sewer plant that had capacity. When the industrial park was zoned, someone had to say they had the capacity to provide sewer service. He does not believe it was intended that we pay for a pipe to go out there to serve that. Since that time, the Port of Bremerton has annexed into the City of Bremerton. Bremerton does not believe it is best for them to serve this area. There is an opportunity to bring the sewer flows to Mason County. Based on this information and the change in infrastructure landscape and opinion of feasibility, the City believes that it may not be within the best interest to extend sewer services. He provided a draft letter written by Stormwater Manager Hunter and asked for Council support to send it to the Port of Bremerton. Council and staff discussed the letter and sewer service for the industrial park, with minor changes being proposed to the letter. I. West Sound Alliance Video Councilmember Ashby noted the West Sound Alliance is a loosely formed group of several jurisdictions with a lobbying effort for transportation funds. They worked hard to get Connecting Washington passed in 2015, and now their role is to make sure the appropriations are made to allocate funding to those projects. The group is asking jurisdictions to help update their marketing video, which could cost from $1,050 to $1,600, depending on graphics. Last time, the City contributed $300, and this time they are asking for a maximum contribution of $200. This was discussed at the Economic Development and Tourism Committee where it was recommended to take the $200 out of the Council's budget. m E L  m . , M Z W ce L L Q U. a° _m V C U aj fu z c O 4N NLO ru c  01 _0 L O Q 0 z c O 4 m V :N C a X H 4J LL '04 N N 4- 4 V) U a E  •ro  v t o a Q1 M O l0 N U L  U ) L O m y O L 2 O +- 4-1 O o E U a L O U u U O O L 4 O m fo ro C U 0 4- 4 N 4O 7 _0 O_ _0 E vi a ro vOi Ln o V U 4 o >, Y 3 4- k _ N U > L -0 U O CCN -C C L N 1-0 N Mro m U a) aw;o L p OV O Ln a E E a O O ro Op L O Ova u d a f Tce M -' , Lu = N LU a L O 4- O Q y,J J a C d O FGl 41 C 'n O 6 0.2 E _ two Q >- C CL c 'v f0 J C y d OZ N t N D U U  d O LL Vl R a a 0 C z 412) (o ^ Lu E M zg z .0}> GJ a V o Wog wam Nrj aLU a  II 0 c ro N a C N L _U i N _0 c D LL n L  c P (U J 1 (o  ry M U L O +Q) ro (D o E a u U ;n r i 4L U 00 ro a_C O ro ro 0 7 -0 a 0- c o 0 m C  N  a N N (o N (o Ln 4.1 = fu $: L c 0 m U v i E O O ro a Q) N L (U a) > (n  u O u-I x x co L W w W L.w ea v c  aJ  Y v E bD MM ICI C 1FI •+J  aJ v a IR N _O O O O O c W O N N N Qj N N N N N u V W Oc aJ _ 1 > c0 n0 p` u M oCL co ° N p v w i N o a c m O +r >- ti OC v o Z ' o ° i y, yj v E ; ocn i O n a E c N O L O n O ' }r -O 41 > Z ? 00 m c cc O  t -O O O O E E c c N L c a"i v 3 v 3E o on •O a) t'o vi N u •C V a _ v , v u co a GJ  v o u a +'' a > a,' +° ° o v .2 a Q H O ro Q a a v N Q O w U Vf v ;,, ar 1• .. _...... y Q N Q O !"f4 i• O H ate+ Z Z fa +T+ O M M • H iT+ N ++ > m u ai v u Q OLi Q Q c c Q Q vi  LL 0 H 00 2 X w 2 o ., rn C/I  w - <e 777! . . !,! « !i!• !§ § 7§22k !! . !!! !r!2§/! ou■; !R!®m ;; ;|)| 77!| e, bu 0u ®ƒ|i | !f/!/ !,/;§/ k#,!« !/ ;ml;s. ;;lw,;§ §2 : Q!®,;!!!K!•}\/$)! !!!#)k -•!!£ §o'l,fl,«a={.a -!$|r! k22 k;§§ 0. 10 j.. ¢ °.  K     3 3 Y a a E ,'  e g o  `o     .g y •yO 6 m'    3  .ate `6 ' Wx F° yEE   c`o cjZ m     d a   ` '5,   a 'a-'•5 n mo p±Eac zoF`c`'a°cE sog   a •off , ".g.a t' x r  m S ` c  E   cr'3  w m = S4 .. °a pa  &' 0 55 i i '' IDa ayy'    ° •`o!
