to allow for portion of the propose expansion of the Port Orchard Joint Wastewater Treatment Facility within the

c. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: approval of a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit Application, JARPA 137-02
to relocate Dock “A” from the SW corner of the Sinclair Inlet marina to the NE corner of the Sinclair Inlet Marina
and to add approximately 900sf of widened dock area for wave abatement. Pete and Kathleen Tiernan-
applicants.
d. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: approval of a Shoreline Substantial Development Permit Application, JARPA 145-03
regarding and expansion of the Port Orchard Marina Guest Float. Port of Bremerton-applicant.

4. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Proposed – Interim Inter-local Agreement or Franchise Agreement with Kitsap Public Utilities District No 1 for
placing fiber optic backbone equipment within city right-of-way (replaces proposed Telecommunications Regulatory
Ordinance to provide for installation of fiber optic cables while city attorney is researching recent court rulings and
regulatory changes) (Telecommunications Committee 4/22/02)
b. Proposed Ordinance 1898 to amend POMC 10.13.020 to prohibit parking of commercial vehicles in Residential or
Mixed Use Zones. (Street Committee 3/24/03)
c. Proposed Ordinance No. 1899 regarding the parking of boats and recreational vehicles and adding a new chapter
10.18 to the Port Orchard Municipal Code. (Street Committee 3/24/03)
d. Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority request of place storm water and sanitary sewer lines and
permission to mobilize on phase 2 site during construction of the Mitchell Avenue Senior Apartments (Water/Sewer
Committee 4/14/03)
e. Mayor Weatherill’s request for City Council to review the Countywide planning Policies concerning the three Urban
Separator Options. (4/14/03)
f. Mayor Weatherill’s request for City Council’s review of SBH 2060 regarding new source of funding for low income
