3. NEW BUSINESS:
a. Mayoral veto of Ordinance No. 1843 confirming the authority of the City Council to establish Council
Committees, make appointments to and remove Council members from such Council Committees. (Ordinance
No. 1843 back for reconsideration by City Council).
b. Proposed Resolution No. 1959 creating a Community Service Supervisor position within the Engineering
Department and providing for the salary thereof.
c. Proposed Resolution No. 1960 fixing the date of a Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion of Farragut
Avenue right of way, adjacent to the westerly portion of Lot 4027-025-008-02 (platted as Prospect Court, as
submitted by Patricia Barnes.
4. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Proposed Ordinance No. 1828 establishing the Port Orchard Police Rotational Tow List and adopting rules and
regulations for eligibility and participation. (Replaces Resolution 1629) (Finance Committee 9/24/01)
