a. 7:35 PM Public Hearing re: Joe Mentor Appeal to Code Enforcement Action on sign located at 839 Bay
Street.
4. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Proposed Ordinance No. 1828 establishing the Port Orchard Police Rotational Tow List and adopting rules
and regulations for eligibility and participation. (Replaces Resolution 1629) (Finance Committee 9/24/01)
5. CONSENT AGENDA Items listed below are considered routine business. Individual documents have been (or will be) distributed to Councilmembers in
advance for study and will be enacted by one motion. If separate discussion is desired on an item, that item may be removed from
the Consent Agenda and considered as a separate item of business at the request of a Councilmember.
a. Minutes of the January 14, 2002 regular City Council meeting
b. Approval of Claim Warrants.
c. Authorization for the Mayor to sign the Coastal Zone Management Shoreline Inventory Contract with
Applied Environmental Services at a cost of $23,825.
d. Authorization for the Mayor to sign the geotechnical contract for the Sewer Treatment Facility at a cost of
$74,861.
e. Authorization for the Mayor to sign the contract amendment for additional effort to respond to ecology
comments on the engineering report for the Sewer Treatment Facility at a cost of $30,095.
f. Authorization for the Mayor to sign the design contract for the Port Orchard Boulevard sewer main at a cost
of $49,000.
