Proposed Ordinance No. 1828 establishing the Port Orchard Police Rotational Tow List and adopting rules and regulations for eligibility and participation. Authorization for the Mayor to sign the Coastal Zone Management Shoreline Inventory Contract with Applied Environmental Services at a cost of $23,825. d. Authorization for the Mayor to sign the geotechnical contract for the Sewer Treatment Facility at a cost of $74,861. e. Authorization for the Mayor to sign the contract amendment for additional effort to respond to ecology comments on the engineering report for the Sewer Treatment Facility at a cost of $30,095. f.
