NEW BUSINESS: a. 7:35 PM Public Hearing to consider whether Special Use Permit (SUP-1021) is being exercised contrary to the terms of conditions of approval. The property is located at 207 Rockwell Avenue; property owner is James H. Sullivan, Ph.D. The property is zoned R-20 (Residential - 20 units /net useable acre). The Comprehensive Plan Designation is High Density Residential. b. Planning Commission Resolution No 324-02 recommending denial of Application for Preliminary Plat as submitted by Richard and Karen Berg for property located generally at 215 Wilkins Drive. Note: Applicant has requested an extension review process (attached) c. Proposed Ordinance No. 1846 defining Planning Commission authority and duties and repealing Section 11 of Ordinance No.1748. d. Proposed Resolution No. 1968 fixing the date of a Public Hearing on a Petition to Vacate a portion of the westerly half of Farragut Avenue right of way, adjacent to Tax Parcel #4027-025-011-0005 (platted as Prospect Court), as submitted by Donald R. and Frances R. TABLED MOTION: Proposed Ordinance No. 1845 readopting development standards relating to storm water management, land clearing, grading and repealing of Ordinance No. 1836. (Motion to table by Councilman Wyatt, seconded by Councilman Geiger, 2/11/02) c. TABLED MOTION: Proposed Ordinance No. 1844 repealing Ordinance No. 1749 and reestablishing the duties of the Code Enforcement Officer (POMC 2.64) 5. Recknagle clarifying and establishing the property line between the Recknagle property (198 Tremont Street) and the fire station at 200 Tremont. (Council authorized preparation of a property line agreement at the September 24, 2001 Council meeting) d. Proposed Ordinance No. 1847 vacating the westerly half of Farragut Avenue right of way, adjacent to tax parcel 4027-025-008-0208 (Platted as Prospect Court, petitioned by Patricia Barnes). e. Request by Police Chief Townsend to surplus miscellaneous bicycles and dispose of these items in the best interest of the city. f.
