a. Discussion regarding waterfront parking lot #4 parking reallocation.
b. Proposed lease of a portion of Harrison Avenue to Peninsula Feed. 200’ X 25’ area in the northeast corner
of the Harrison Avenue and Bay Street intersection.
c. Proposed Ordinance No. 1856 amending POMC 5.32.070 providing for policing relating to the licensing for
carnivals and circuses.
d. Proposed Ordinance No. 1857 amending POMC 5.78 Garbage Utility Business and Occupation Tax to
include the definition of “Solid Waste”.
e. Call for Bids – May 9, 2002 at 4:00 PM regarding purchase of Membrane Bioreactor System for
Wastewater Treatment Facility
4. OLD BUSINESS:
a. Public Hearing Continued to May 28, 2002 7:35 P.M. regarding Application for Preliminary Plat as
submitted by Richard and Karen Berg for property located in the vicinity of 215 Wilkins Drive.
b. CONTINUED for 90 days Council deliberation regarding reconsideration of SUP-1021 – 207 Rockwell
Avenue. (90 days expires May 26, 2002)
c. Alternative uses for city park located at 2676 Harold Drive. (Public Property Committee 4/22/02)

a. Minutes of the April 22, 2002 regular City Council meeting, as corrected.
b. Approval of Claim Warrants.
c. Proposed Resolution No. 1974 establishing the City Council Committees.
d. Proposed Resolution No. 1975 confirming an approval of an application for exemption from the height
restriction imposed by the View Protection Ordinance No. 1785 affecting the single family residence located
at 1219 Dogwood Hill Road.
