Lodging Tax Advisory Board recommendation to re-allocate $3,000 from the Hotel/Motel Revenue Special Projects Account to the Fathoms O’ Fun to fund advertising and promotion of the 2002 festival. 4. Proposed Ordinance No. 1864 amending Chapter 15.08 of the POMC adopting the 2000 Uniform Plumbing Code. e. Proposed Ordinance No. 1865 amending Chapter 15.44 of the POMC adopting the 2000 Washington State Energy Code and the Washington State Ventilation and Indoor Air Quality Code. f.
