Proposed Resolution to approve the Final Plat of Flower Meadows-Division 1 d. Proposed Resolution to reclassify the Police Clerk employment position to Police Records-Evidence Clerk. e. Call for Bid – August 22, 2002 at 4:00 PM regarding Sidney Sewer Main f. Proposed Ordinance repealing POMC 2.70 to rescind outdated Ordinance No 1660 regarding the Bremerton- Kitsap County Health District. g. Proposed agreement with McLeodUSA to contract for local and long distance telephone service for city business telephone service and request authorization for Mayor to sign the agreement. 4. Proposed –Interim Inter-local Agreement with Kitsap Public Utilities District No 1 for placing fiber optic backbone equipment within city right-of-way (replaces proposed Telecommunications Regulatory Ordinance to provide for installation of fiber optic cables while city attorney is researching recent court rulings and regulatory changes) (Telecommunications Committee 4/22/02) b. TABLED MOTION: Proposed Ordinance amending POMC Sections 10.14.020, 10.14.070 and 10.14.080 and adding a new section 10.14.055 temporary construction parking permits regarding residential parking permit system for residential neighborhoods. TABLED MOTION: Proposed Ordinance regarding restricting boats and recreational vehicles from parking in the public right-of-way.
