The Metamorphosis Center for the Arts requests a modification of the site plan. (Staff report will be hand delivered.) Canceled at the request of the City Engineer. b. Fire Chief Brown presentation on Fire District Proposition No. 1 c. Kim Abel and Friends for Recreation, Parks and Open Space regarding Public Facilities District sales tax proposition. d. Presentation by AES Consultants regarding the City’s Shoreline Inventory Report. e. Presentation of the Summer’s 2002 Good Neighbor Award. f. Proposed Ordinance No. 1872 amending POMC Section 5.56.040, 5.56.050, and 5.56.080 regarding mechanical inspections for taxicabs. g. Proposed –Interim Inter-local Agreement or Franchise Agreement with Kitsap Public Utilities District No 1 for placing fiber optic backbone equipment within city right-of-way (replaces proposed Telecommunications Regulatory Ordinance to provide for installation of fiber optic cables while city attorney is researching recent court rulings and regulatory changes) (Telecommunications Committee 4/22/02) b. TABLED MOTION: Proposed Ordinance amending POMC Sections 10.14.020, 10.14.070 and 10.14.080 and adding a new section 10.14.055 temporary construction parking permits regarding residential parking permit system for residential neighborhoods.
